I’M VANESSA GORDON
Vanessa Gordon is the CEO and Publisher of East End Taste. She is also the Founder of the Hamptons Interactive Brunch event series.
Vanessa Gordon’s professional writing and publishing career spans over ten years. Originally coming from a creative writing background, her published works include a children’s book and realistic fiction novel she wrote at the age of thirteen and published at seventeen. She continues her creative writing endeavors while simultaneously overseeing the day-to-day operations of East End Taste.
Her articles have appeared in several notable national and international publications, including Pregnancy & Newborn, Psychology Today, Hamptons Magazine, Beach Magazine, the Independent, James Lane Post, and Northforker.
She has been featured/quoted in outlets including The New York Times, Yahoo, Parents Magazine, Reader’s Digest, New York Post, Metro UK, Total Beauty, and many more.
She received her Master of Arts Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from New York University and studied abroad at the Institute of Education in London, and at University of Oxford’s St. Edmund’s College. She received her undergraduate degree in English from Manhattanville College. During her undergraduate years, she represented her college as an NGO at the United Nations.
Vanessa has traveled to over twenty countries from Australia and Singapore to Kenya and Iceland. She lives in the Hamptons with her husband, two children, and three cats.
